Where do these products comes from?

Our all products comes with Genuine Leather Matching Quality of Original Brand Production (imported from Europe) and comes with dust bag, and original packaging. 

When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 6 to 12 business days (USA) from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times, then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

We do not store any information related to your credit card (which is handled by our payment processor, strip, best and one of the safest in the business). We have never had an incident of online fraud and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Follow the instructions given
  • Once your return request was approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

What about the customs duties/taxes?

Please note that we ship all over the world and always try to ship in a way that should go through customs without sweat but some countries have strict rules than others and we Cannot predict and control taxes. We are not responsible for taxes collected through customs.
